What is an AI receptionist?

It answers your business calls for you. It greets callers, answers common questions in your words, asks your qualifying questions and books appointments straight onto your calendar.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your number stays the same. Calls forward to your AI receptionist, and you get a text with the details whenever something is booked.

What happens to calls after hours or on weekends?

They get answered. The AI receptionist works 24/7/365, so a homeowner calling at 9 PM on a Saturday can still book a job.

How many calls can it handle at once?

Up to 20 at the same time, so callers never hit voicemail when several people call at once, like after a storm.

Will it sound like my business?

It is set up with your services, service area, hours and the answers you want callers to hear. You can hear how it handles calls before it goes live.

Do I have to run ads?

No. The AI receptionist works with the calls you already get. Ads are optional, and we usually recommend fixing the phone first.

How does pricing work?

You get a written quote with a monthly fee based on the services you choose. If you run ads, the ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta, and you set the budget. See our pricing.

What is a capacity call?

A free 30-minute call where we look at your calls, your reviews and how many more jobs your crew could take on. There is no cost and no obligation.

Which businesses do you work with?

Home service businesses such as roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, and fencing, deck and remodeling contractors.
